Made from tree resin such as black spruce and jack pines, the Granules LG Horse bedding is 100% natural with a high absorption capacity and an efficient odor control. Offered in bags of 15,88 kg (35 lb), LG Horse Bedding is easy to use.
Suggested Quantity
In a stable, about five bags are necessary after having done a first spreading in an average-size paddock. Then, we need to add one bag every seven days to replace the soiled bedding. Efficient and easy to use, the LG Horse Bedding allows you to reduce the maintenance frequency, the volume of waste and accelerate composting of residues.
Absorption Capacity
As opposed to wood chips bedding, the absorption capacity of the LG Horse Bedding is significantly higher. The pellets, which are made from softwood, have the property to absorb as much as twice their volume in liquid. Once they are saturated with liquid, they become a soaked milling which is easy to clean.
Benefits
By using the Granules LG Horse Bedding, the volume of manure is less important and the organic decomposition is faster. In other words, the wood pellets facilitate significantly paddock cleaning. You can also get material cleared of dust in pallets of 57 or 85 of in bulk.
